STARTERS

Creamy Cherry Tomatoes and Coriander Soup served with homemade ciabatta. (V, GF on request)

Cray Fish, Prawns and Crab meat Cocktail in a Marie Rose sauce, on a bed of crispy leaves, served with granary bread. ( GF on request)

Duck and Orange Parfait with onion marmalade, served with crispy leaves and granary toast.

Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables and Goat Cheese, served in filo tart on a bed of crispy leaves and shaved Grana Padano. (V)

MAIN COURSE

Roasted Turkey Crown wrapped in pancetta served with italian sausages meat and herb stuffing, 'pigs in blankets', roast potatoes, steamed vegetables and Yorkshire puddings.(GF on request)

Pork Rulade with sage, onion, Bramley apple and italian sausage meat stuffing, served with roast potatoes, steamed vegetables and apple & cider gray.

Oven Cooked Loch Duart Salmon fillet, served with crushed new potatoes, steamed vegetables and white wine sauce. (GF on request)

Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni, served with crispy leaves and garlic bread. (V)

DESSERT

Traditional Christmas Pudding with caramelised orange, served warm with brandy custard.

Crème brulee with fresh forest fruits and buttery shortbread biscuits.

Cheese and Biscuits - three cheese and a selection of biscuits. ( GF biscuits available on request )
