  • Duck and orange parfait

    With onion marmalade, served with crispy leaves and granary toast

  • Mediterranean roasted vegetable and goats cheese filo tart (v)

    Served on a bed of crispy leaves on shaved Grana Padano

Main Course


  • Roasted turkey crown

    Wrapped in pancetta, served with Italian sausage meat and herb stuffing, 'pigs in blankets', roast potatoes, steamed vegetables and Yorkshire puddings (gf option available)

  • Pork roulade

    With sage, onion, Bramley apple and Italian sausage meat stuffing, served with roast potatoes, steamed vegetables and apple and cider gravy

  • Oven-cooked Loch Duart salmon fillet

    Served with crushed new potatoes, steamed vegetables and white wine and dill sauce

  • Spinach and ricotta cannelloni (v)

    Served with crispy leaves and garlic bread

    With caramelised orange, served warm with brandy custard
