STARTERS

Cream of mushroom soup with shaved roasted chestnuts, served with warm ciabatta (V)

Free range chicken and Gressingham duck parfait, served with cherry tomatoes, gem lettuce and toasted French stick

Loch Fyne smoked salmon and Atlantic prawn cocktail in Marie Rose and Cointreau sauce served on a bed of gem lettuce, served with granary bread (GF)

Warm goat cheese and roasted vegetable filo tart, served with green leaves and cherry tomatoes (V)

MAIN COURSE

Traditional roasted Bramble Farm free range turkey wrapped in streaky bacon with sage and onion stuffing, served with honey roasted parsnips, buttered carrots, Brussels sprouts, duck fat roast potatoes and pigs in blankets (GF on request)

Great Hookley Farm pork loin and caramelised Bramley apples with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed vegetables in a red wine gravy

Pan fried Isle of Wight sea bass fillet with steamed baby leeks, herb mashed potatoes and veloute clams (GF)

Vegetable Wellington - roasted vegetables, hazelnuts, cranberries and brie in a puff pastry crust served with roast potatoes, steamed vegetables and gravy (V)

DESSERT

Traditional Christmas pudding served warm with Crème Anglaise

Crème brulee with shortbread biscuit

Fresh fruit salad served with cream or vanilla ice-cream
