Butternut squash soup with caramelised apples and French bread croutons (V)

Homemade game terrine - course country style pate served with cherry tomatoes, salad leaves and crispy ciabatta

Atlantic prawn and crayfish cocktail in Marie Rose and Cointreau sauce on a bed of gem lettuce with granary bread (GF)

Warm goats cheese and roasted vegetable filo tart, served with green leaves and cherry tomatoes (V)

MAIN COURSE

Traditional roasted Bramble Farm free range turkey, wrapped in streaky bacon with sage and onion stuffing, served with honey roasted pursnips, buttered carrots, Brussels sprouts, duck fat roast potatoes and pigs in blankets (GF on request)

Slow cooked Welsh lamb shank in red wine and fresh rosemary, served with mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables

Loch Fyne salmon en croute served with carrots julienne, green beans and roasted new potatoes in a white wine and fresh dill sauce (GF)

Vegetable Wellington - roasted vegetables, hazelnuts, cranberries and brie in a puff pastry crust served with roast potatoes, steamed vegetables and gravy (V)

DESSERT

Traditional Christmas pudding served warm with Crème Anglaise

Panna cotta with stewed winter berries

Warm bread and butter Panettone

CHEESE

Cheeseboard selection with biscuits and a glass of LBV port
